The worsening security situation for Chinese nationals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo prompted Ambassador Zhu Jing to bring together business leaders from Chinese enterprises to discuss how to respond.

Attendees at this week’s meeting called on Zhu to support enhanced security measures for Chinese residents and businesses operating in the DR Congo.
