China Donates Surveillance System and Vehicles to Help Protect Kenya’s Standard Gauge Railway

China’s Ambassador to Kenya, Zhou Pingjiang, used a ceremonial outsized key to mark the opening of a new Chinese-financed security surveillance center for the Standard Gauge Railway.
