The 17-minute video doesn’t provide any new information about the origins of companies SICOMINES or the controversy surrounding the estimated $25 million that Chinese intermediaries funneled to family representatives of former Congolese President Joseph Kabila documented in the 2021 #CongoHoldUp investigation.
